На 24 февруари, амбасадорката Кавахара беше поканета да одржи предавање за јапонската дипломатија на Правниот факултет „Јустинијан Први“, Универзитет „Св. Кирил и Методиј“. На предавањето присуствуваа деканот на Правниот факултет, д-р Георгиевски, продеканот Гоцевски и студентите од факултетот.
Во предавањето, амбасадорката ги опфати безбедносните предизвици со опкружувањето на Јапонија, особено во контекст на зголемената воена моќ на Кина и развојот на нуклеарната и ракетната програма на Северна Кореја. Таа потоа ја истакна важноста на јапонско-американскиот сојуз за обезбедување безбедност и ги објасни иницијативите на Јапонија, како што се соработката со „Quad“, соработката со НАТО и стратегијата FOIP (Слободен и Отворен Индо-Пацифик).

Më 24 shkurt, Ambasadorja Kavahara u ftua të mbajë një ligjëratë mbi diplomacinë japoneze në Fakultetin Juridik “Justiniani i Parë”, në Universitetin “Shën Qirili dhe Metodi”. Ligjërata u ndoq nga Dr. Georgievski, Dekan i Fakultetit të Drejtësisë, Prorektori Gocevski dhe studentët e fakultetit.
Gjatë ligjëratës, Ambasadorja foli për mjedisin sfidues të sigurisë që e rrethon Japoninë, veçanërisht rritjen e kapaciteteve ushtarake të Kinës dhe zhvillimin bërthamor e raketor të Koresë së Veriut. Ajo theksoi rëndësinë e Aleancës Japoni–SHBA për garantimin e sigurisë dhe shpjegoi iniciativat e Japonisë, si bashkëpunimi me grupin “Quad” dhe NATO-n, si dhe strategjinë FOIP (Indo-Paqësori i Lirë dhe i Hapur).

On February 24, Ambassador Kawahara was invited to deliver a lecture on Japanese diplomacy at the Iustinianus Primus Law Faculty, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. The lecture was attended by Dr. Georgievski, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Vice Rector Gocevski and the students of the faculty.
In the lecture, the Ambassador addressed the challenging security environment surrounding Japan, particularly China's military buildup and North Korea's nuclear and missile development. She then stressed the importance of the Japan-U.S. Alliance for ensuring security and explained Japan's initiatives such as cooperation with the Quad and NATO, and the FOIP (Free and Open Indo-Pacific) strategy.
Во предавањето, амбасадорката ги опфати безбедносните предизвици со опкружувањето на Јапонија, особено во контекст на зголемената воена моќ на Кина и развојот на нуклеарната и ракетната програма на Северна Кореја.
